	::	The AMS Training suit

	::	One wool scarf
	::	One pair of ski gloves / One pair of wool gloves
	::	Sun glasses
	::	Heavy shoes (e.g. Doc Martins or Blackstone or ….)
	::	Slippers or comfortable shoes to wear in hotel
	::	One light jacket for cold but not freezing weather
	::	We will assign ONE in every 5 girls to bring a hairdryer
	::	Lip Balm
	::	Sun Block
	::	Wool hat
	::	Leggings will help keep you warmer under the pants
	::	Empty nylon bags to keep laundry in
	::	If you find a ski suit then you can replace item 1 with it
	::	Pocket money*
