Our third update…we are winding down…the day we return is
getting closer and we are getting anxious…it will be difficult and we shall miss
our second home here in the mountains…
Today was another glorious
day on the slopes… the sun was shining defying the weather forecasts and the
mountains shone in their glory…the collective came closer together on the
slopes…our teachers are really our big brothers and big sisters… Mr. Noubough,
Mrs. Susan and Mr. Mehyo spent the day with us…everybody is doing fine and we
are all healthy and happy……
Before dinner we had a bingo evening and everybody walked
out with a big smile their faces…It was snowing lightly, and the light
reflections through the barren trees was another pictorial to be remembered and
cherished. We realized that every day we are waking up to a fresh sheet of
snow…it seems it snows through the night and then gives us a break thru the
day…we hope this carries thru the weekend…
Tomorrow is Eid Al Adha…we shall celebrate it away from our
parents…please know that you are here with us… in our hearts…we wish you
all a very happy Eid, and difficult as it is to be far from you on this
very special day, we want to thank you for trusting us and for sending
us on this trip of a lifetime...We will wake up tomorrow and our
thoughts will be with you…we love and miss you…
